1. Exam & cleaning first: We confirm you’re a good candidate and recommend a cleaning if needed for best, even results.
2. Prepping for comfort: Use a sensitivity toothpaste (e.g., Sensodyne) for 1 week before your appointment to minimize “zingers.”
3. Protect & apply: We shield your gums and lips, then apply a hydrogen peroxide gel in ~15-minute cycles.
4. 3–4 cycles, real results: Most patients see a 3–4 shade improvement in one visit (results vary).

• Follow a “white diet” for 3 to 5 days (avoid coffee, tea, red wine, dark sauces).
• Expect temporary sensitivity it’s normal and fades quickly. Keep using a sensitivity toothpaste and avoid very hot or cold foods for a day or two.
